I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with this veterinary clinic. They mixed up my dog’s blood work with another patient’s and told me that my dog needed a blood transfusion. Imagine being told that your pet may be in critical condition and needs a transfusion, only to take them to the ER and find out that the results weren’t even my dog’s and he was fine. I am disappointed with Canyon Country. I have an older Yorkie poo. I called tearly morning to see if the Vet could call me as I had questions before making an appt. I received call back around 3:00 pm from not the doctor but a receptionist also named Kimberly who informed me that I was supposed to follow up last year. She talked rapidly (Know it all mentality) trying to over talk me. I raised my voice slightly so that she would stop talking and listen to the questions I was asking. She told me not to get upset. I’ve had such a terrible experience with this veterinary center, and I do not recommend it to anyone who truly cares about the well-being of their pet. The staff only seems to care about money, not the animals they are supposed to help. They constantly make mistakes, are rude and dismissive, and rarely answer the phone. When you do get through, they give you attitude instead of answers. They will act friendly and accommodating before payment, but once they’ve been paid, that professionalism disappears.
