I've lived here over 10 years. Nice neighbors, one mile to Rosalind Park, 7/11 , The Damn Grill,(yummmm), the light rail....etc. The maintenance people have gone out of their way for me. A neighbor brought home my runaway pup and office people have always been friendly and helpful.( These are individually owned so giving canyon club a bad review because someone hasn't updated they're their home is straight nutz.)
Houses have not been updated in decades and fire hazard. HOA sucks, and complex is just old school
HOA is awful. Plumbing, Air Conditioning, and Heating HAS NOT been updated in years. Style from inside and out is outdated and old.
Very pleased that my son and his family moved here. Safer, nicer and well maintained.
