very good but food runs out fast! I have been to 2 events catered by Canyon City BBQ, both were fabulous! I am yet to eat in the actual restaurant because every time we have tried, they were out of chicken. I guess that is a great sign, but when chicken is all you eat, not so much. The food really is wonderful though!
The BEST Barbeque around! This place is fabulous. The food is amazing and the prices are extremely reasonable. The decor is definetly old and the style is casual. As my daughter puts it- "it may look old, but i sure doesn't taste old." The service is very good. For a hole in the wall place, they really shocked us with how awesome the food is!

WAITRESS DOESNT HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR HELP IN THE BACK!! I've really always enjoyed the food here, but i had such a horrible experience today as we were waiting to be seated that we all ended up walking out. The two waitresses were upset at the help in the back for getting an order wrong. The way they handled the problem was completely inappropriate. They were talking down to the worker in the back in a way that made my stomach hurt. They were completely discriminatory and racially insensitive. I will never return!
