Satisfied customer!! This is a great shop. They are very friendly and family owned. My truck broke down in my garage and I went down to Canyon Automotive and asked what I should do and the owner came with me to my house and helped me get my truck started, FOR FREE!! You will not find another shop that will do business like that! Thanks Scott!!
BEWARE ... They "fixed" our car and then when we discovered a problem with it after picking it up (one that wasn't there when we dropped it off), they denied that they would have caused it. We took the car back in to them, they said "oh, we did do that, so we'll fix this for free if you'll write a good review for us". WOW! That took nerve. Needless to say, we didn't write a letter of praise and we don't go there anymore.
Going the extra mile Last winter when it snowed my Lexus would not start. I knew the battery was on its last leg but I thought I could squeeze a couple more months out of it. The dealership told me it needed to be replaced but there was no way I was going to pay their outrageous prices. I contacted Scott at Canyon Automotive who agreed to meet me at the shop if I could make it down there even though they were closed that day due to the snow! Randy We have been thier twice in the past year with two differant vehicles. Very friendly and helpfull. Good price and fairly quick service. ( once we had to wait for part once longer than they told us) In general I think it a geat place to go.
Stay away Have taken multiple vehicles there for repair and never got any of them back when promised. Some of the vehicles had more problems after being worked on than when they were brought in - and we were told it would cost more to have those issues repaired along with the original problem. If you value time, money or your vehicle stay away from this shop.
