My car started making a terrible rattling / metal scraping sound. I brought it over to the shop and Lee quickly identified part of my air conditioner broke off. He fished out the loose part and identified a bolt was missing. He explained how I could cost effectively replace the part myself and didn't charge me for his time. Thank you so much Lee!
