I was working with Jessica Barroso for my mortgage renewal and she had me complete my mortgage application, told me what my rate & lender would, and then suddenly ghosted me for no reason. If the lender denied my application then she could have just said that, as I sent her a follow up email to see if there was an update with what was going on, but and she never responded again.
