Was disappointed in service call. I would encourage people to understand the process. The contractor is suppose to mark from the outside where hole is to be drilled. This did not happen and the hole was in the wrong place. I did not get an apology from service tech. Was told I would get a discount that started at $200 went to $100 and final bill reflected $50. I would not recommend.
