I have been going here for a few years now and I have not had many issues. And if there was a problem it was fixed quickly. The front desk team has always been so kind and helpful. I am going to miss the old front desk team as some have moved on. One of the newer front desk ladies screwed up on my account, but 1) she's human, we make mistakes and 2) it was caught quickly and fixed. Biggest recognition goes to Hyrum!
