Would absolutely not recommend. Waited over 3 months for 3 canvases that never came. I asked for an update each month and received a generic “hoping to have production begin soon”. Last update was “should arrive before Christmas”, a few days before Christmas I asked for yet another update and they sent me something to print out saying “you’re order is on its way” (if the canvases were Christmas gifts). I placed an order back in October and have yet to receive a single update on my order. I've been plenty patient due to the circumstanceswith the hurricane, every so often asking for updates which are always we hope to be up and running by the end of the week. That's been over a month now. I don't understand how you can email promotions and run sales when you can't even fulfill orders from October. Do not recommend ordering from them. I placed an order two months ago and have not heard any update on my order. I emailed them and they said they were delayed due to the hurricane but getting ready to start production back up. I waited a few more weeks and still nothing. I have sent two other follow up emails now trying to cancel my order and receive a refund and have got no response. Placed an order back in November, I have left voicemail inquiring about shipment before Christmas with no return phone call. If they cannot fulfill the orders that they previously have, they should stop taking orders. At this point, I can't even get a refund.
It's understandable that the company's production facility was damaged by Hurricane Helene. What is not understandable is their absolute refusal to communicate the status of orders to their customers. I have not heard from them since placing my order over three weeks ago. Emails are returned as undeliverable. Phone calls are not answered. During this time they have not ceased to send daily emails soliciting orders and offering promotional codes.
