I placed my order over 2 months ago, and it still hasn’t even shipped. They falsely advertise on their website that orders ship within 3-5 business days of ordering, yet their customer service replies to my questions saying that they have some kind of issue that’s delaying them fulfilling orders. Very deceptive to continue accepting orders that they know they cannot fulfill in a timely manner with no warning to the customer. I’m on the verge of even calling it a scam.

Be careful if you place an order with this company. I am not sure they are still in business. We placed a 425.00 order back in mid Feb. Funds were drafted. No response since. No prints either. We have used them in the past and have been very happy. If they are not in business they should disable thier website. We also called. No answer mid morning during the week. We may have lost our money. Hopefully you dont.

Disappointing experience. Customer service is almost nonexistent, and they don’t keep customers informed about delays. I had to chase them down just to find out what was happening with my order. Won’t be ordering again.

My first order was perfect but this last order experience was terrible. I haven’t had any communication after weeks. This company is just stealing customers money. DO NOT order from this company.

I have used this company once before and had satisfactory results. This last order I ordered a very large print that they sent out to me with terrible clarity. I have a hard time understanding that they would send out such a finished product where it is not clear at all, it’s like the pixels were never adjusted. Very disappointed for our annual family portrait to hang in our best living room. Beware.
