Disappointing experience. Customer service is almost nonexistent, and they don’t keep customers informed about delays. I had to chase them down just to find out what was happening with my order. Won’t be ordering again.
My first order was perfect but this last order experience was terrible. I haven’t had any communication after weeks. This company is just stealing customers money. DO NOT order from this company.
I have used this company once before and had satisfactory results. This last order I ordered a very large print that they sent out to me with terrible clarity. I have a hard time understanding that they would send out such a finished product where it is not clear at all, it’s like the pixels were never adjusted. Very disappointed for our annual family portrait to hang in our best living room. Beware.
Sketchy business practices. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
Would absolutely not recommend. Waited over 3 months for 3 canvases that never came. I asked for an update each month and received a generic “hoping to have production begin soon”. Last update was “should arrive before Christmas”, a few days before Christmas I asked for yet another update and they sent me something to print out saying “you’re order is on its way” (if the canvases were Christmas gifts). They could not tell me if canvases had even begun being worked on during any requested update, any estimated completion time... read more
