If I could leave ten stars I would. We just returned home after our 6th year cruising up the Inside Passage to SE Alaska on a Nordhavn. Whether it was our NH52, or our current NH60, James Knight and the entire staff at Yacht Tech have been available for normal maintenance, knowledgeable support, even those rare emergency phone calls—day or night!
