I’ve lived in “Canvas Back 2” Condominiums for fifteen years. I specifically purchased this condo because it faces the River-Bay and had a wonderful, unobstructed view. Unfortunately, for over 4, yes, Four years, my view consisted of a Very Large Crape Myrtle in the spring-summer, and bare branches in the fall winter. Eventually, the two Condo associations could agree and many trees, shrubs, were cut down. The crape Myrtles were replaced with a variety that was supposed to be “smaller-shorter”. I have lived here for 3 years. Love the sense of Community here. We are like family. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, library, opera house, the lighthouse and promenade. Live where you love to play!
