Terrible product and horrible customer service - I should have read these reviews first. Waited many months for a cover that did not fit my Catalina AT ALL! They acknowledged that and took it back. Meanwhile no communication from them despite calls/emails. DO NOT do business with them.
Shop elsewhere ! I bought a custom winter cover a few years ago. It fits terribly compared to other local shops work. The covers snaps consistently fail requiring repairs. This past summer I had to have a zipper repaired under warranty. No big deal. However I Left the cover for 2 months. I was told it ready , picked it up and installed it for the winter. however it was returned without being repaired.
I found the life of my boat guarantee pretty much a false promise. I purchased a cover for a 35 foot sailboat, stern zipper failed in 2nd season of use. No response to phone messages or emails, eventually I had to find a local shop to repair.
The worst experience I've ever had in boating. They do not believe in customer service rude and don't return emails or phone calls
