Wow, very disappointing quality and customer service. Way overpriced, and very poor quality. Not even a real Matt around the photo. Just printed in white paper with a border around it, and crooked as well.
Very dissatisfied with the product, customer service and overall experience. Ordered well before Christmas, and it arrived well after the fact. "Customer service" was below average at best, and apparently only communicates via email. I paid the extra for "review" which evidently there is none, because there is no way any professional would have sent that poor of a quality canvas print to any customer. Ordered a print and thought I cropped it properly but didn’t because there is an elbow in the lower right corner. That’s 100% my fault. However my problem is that I paid extra for an “artist review” that supposedly would pick up any issues that would detract from the quality of the canvas. Clearly that didn’t happen. I have twice emailed the company regarding this with only a chatbot response saying my concern would be passed along to the support team. Crickets. This used to be a good place for canvas printing. Lately it has become a non existent customer service (just don't care) company that makes mistakes and does not stands behind it's product, after being lied too and ignored this would be the last place I would do business with.
It's been a month since I should have had my order, and still no canvas, they have my money, of course. No one will help seriously. You'd think someone would reach out with live conversation. Glad you all got your order. Would not recommend this company just go to Walmart. Fast easy and received
