Had bad quality and they gave me a refund. I'm changing my bad one star review to at least 3 since the print quality was poor I was given a refund. The owner of the company got back to me after the review. Seems they are very busy right now. I'll give them another shot.

My canvas was damaged upon delivery. I've attempted for weeks to contact anyone in the company informing them that my canvas was damaged. I've written emails and attempted live chat where an agent named cristal is the one that appears. The agent doesn't write anything then ends the chat. I have several ticket numbers regarding emails I've written without any contact or follow up.

So the edges were cut, not as they offered it on the website (1st picture). Then, I reach out to them and they tell me that I should’ve paid for a professional edit or review option (it’s just common sense not a professional needed). REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
