Karri did a whole head highlight retouch .The foils were too fine so they didn't break up enough of the root. I Tried to resolve and have her do a few chucky lights to break up more but she didn't want to resolve this isssue. Blamed on condition of ends of my hair but I didn't want the ends done. She charged $ 225.00 for a whole head and I have short hair. Too much to pay to be in unhappy and not have any resolve on other end . Relationships between stylist and client need to be built and she was unwilling to make an effort ... read more
