Amazing service, the front desk staff are so goated, especially Sofia, Rose, Aspen, and Josh they are amazing and are always ready to help!
Update: Management responded publicly asking me to contact them directly. I had already emailed them yesterday regarding these issues and have still received no response or acknowledgment. It is disappointing that my public review received a response before my direct attempt to resolve the matter did. I am still waiting for management to address the concerns raised in my email.
1 Star is a stretch for me to give this place a review. I picked up my keys and I was excited to go to my unit. As soon I walked into the unit floors were dirty and trash in the kitchen that smelt so bad. I did go back to management and let the know and girl at the front office said about look into transferring. Came Friday they were talking about paying $650 to transfer units. I didn’t even move a single thing in that apartment. It’s been a week since something has been done to the unit and when I try to talk to both the pr... read more

I lived there for 3 years. management accused me of lying, they overcharged me for my move out fees ($430) and i have been calling for the past 2 days and no one has answered even though I know there is always someone at that desk. Some of their staff are rude or don’t want to help. I hated living here and wouldnt have if I couldve gotten out of my lease but they have made it near impossible to do so while ALL other apartments in the area have an early moveout clause that allows someone to do so.
