I strongly advise anyone considering Canus Immigration to stay away from this agency. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I paid CAD 1,130 upfront for a full year of immigration services, with the understanding that all assistance related to my application—including filing and follow-up—would be covered. I had a very disappointing experience with Canus (Mr. G. Aurora). When concerns were raised—stemming from errors on his part—the response was not only unprofessional but also involved intimidation tactics, which I found deeply concerning. Rather than addressing the issue transparently, attempts were made to use fear and manipulation, including involving law enforcement inappropriately and leveraging female staff members to present misleading narratives.
