The 2 younger female vets are very inexperienced and after taking my dog there twice, to be misdiagnosed, with a "maybe she is fighting off a virus" to i think "she has a broken tooth". The fees were exorbitant. The dentist we took our dog to after the Canungra vets told us her lymph nodes are all up She has cancer.
Can I just say to Wendy, Izzy and the team at canungra vet surgery they have been just wonderful with our dog for many years dealing with many complex issues and spot on with their diagnosis every time. .Thank you Ladies we appreciate you all merry Xmas.
We have recently had our cat at this vets and have had nothing but an incredible experience. The staff were very friendly, super supportive and very thorough with our fur baby. We asked so many questions and nothing was ever to much. They went above and beyond for us and our cat. Without them and there on going support, our cat wouldn’t have made it through the night. Money hungry and inexperienced vets. Do yourself a favour and go to Nerang! These vets do not offer as many choices as the vets in the larger town. They charged me $1000 for an overnight visit, and after asking around, found a great vet in Nerang that did overnight visits for $500. The lady on the phone was also quite rude.When we got our bill, it was $487 overcharged, but very cleverly hidden in different costs.
