The best drs surgery I’ve ever been too. Love the reception staff, the nurses, and my doctor, Dr Amir is amazing. I never mind waiting, I know how thorough they are when you’re seen. Could not be any happier.
Please Please listen to your patient.As skin cancer is something to be dealt with quickly.Recently had a consultation here about a suspicious lump.I was told it will go away by itself.Come back in 2 weeks for another consultation.I did not wait for 2 weeks and come back.I got a second opinion.Since then an ultra sound and biopsy where done on this lump and confirmed cancer.From a different clinic.Disappointed at the treatment received at Canungra Valley.I have since had facial surgery to remove the lump.As I was in alot of d... read more
Unhelpful and rude. I live 2 minutes away from the surgery. I call the surgery at 10 min before my appointment time asking if the doctor is running on time. "Yes, get here by your appointment time". I arrive right on my appointment time. After 45 min sitting in the waiting room I walk out having not seen the doctor. This is not the first time this has happened. This place really is joke.
Always found the admin staff exceptionally rude. Kept covid demands in place a year or more after requirements had finished. Forced to return due to the need of specific doctor. I was told 'no' to passing on a complaint as she was only 2 weeks new and unable to find out. Deb called back uninvited who talked over the top of me, refused to give name repeatedly and told me the other staff member had never worked with people before so should not be expected to understand the need to find out the complaints policy when asked.
