Really dodgy customer service. Booked my car in for a minor service, and asked to be given a quote before dropping car in (just because have never been here before- we are new locals). Quote was never given despite 2 phone calls. When I dropped the car off the lady reassured me she’d send a price before starting. Called and quoted over double the service price of any other mechanic I’ve ever used before. No wonder they don’t want to give you a quote beforehand, so they can over charge when it’s too late to change your mind. ... read more
Amazing service, blew a turbo hose coming down from O'Reilleys, these guys had us sorted & back on the road in an hour for $36- such good service, friendly service, went above & behond. Soooo grateful.
Had my car first looked at here through RACQ a while back, and since then I’ve come back anytime there’s been an issue. Not sure if they’re the absolute cheapest around, but honestly, the service is always solid. They’ve been able to sort things quickly and explain what’s going on without the usual runaround. Handy having a reliable local option in Canungra.
Terrible service and poor work. Do not recommend at all.
