Shady company,they advertise you can make all this money,but you never do,high turnover, payroll was always wrong and needed corections
The work culture is highly stressful, with outdated software from 2005 that doubles your workload. When I suggested improvements to the system, they dismissed the ideas, stating they were already accustomed to the current setup. There is a high turnover rate, and every dispatcher I spoke with had been there for less than a year. Hi, I don't like to write reviews, but your 1-star cheap comments about my company I work for grinds my gear. I get it.You were there, you blew it. It is painful.You didn't make a cut.
