We just fired Cantu Pool Service after a decade of work. Why? Because they hired a new person to clean pools for them, and that person hit/hurt our new puppy and hightailed it out of our backyard. When informed, Mr. Cantu defended "George" though he was not there to witness. This is very disturbing on many levels. The one who kicked our small pup should be in jail for animal cruelty, and after 10 years of service, Mr. Cantu should have believed us. Great service, very polite, and knows exactly what he is talking about. 10/10. Also very helpful when it comes to understanding what exactly he is doing. Pool is beautiful as promised as well!
