At last - I got help! I took my computer to this company to add more ram, and also install a different anti virus. They are very helpful and very fast. There was another problem and they kept the computer for over a day to find the problem at no charge. Very quick, very knowledgeable. I hate taking my computer in or have someone work on it. I had someone come to the house and wasted 75.00 on that.! They are also a place to drop off old old computers for recycling. I recommend, very easy to get to off contra Costa BLVD.
This is the best local place to get any computer issue fixed or custom build a new one. My laptop was shot, but the staff was able to save all of my data and put it onto a custom built computer for me based on my specifications. Best decision I made. They are honest and willing to go the extra mile to see if a fix is possible. The entire staff is so friendly and great to work with. Quick turnaround and good service.
Bad experience, sold me incompatible hard drive, I couldn’t install OS so I took it back thinking I did something wrong, turns out they sold me the wrong one, charged me for a reinstall, then said they would refund the difference between the new hard drive I bought and the used one they sold me then refused to honor they own offer. They wouldn’t return phone calls either. Bottom line I paid over $200.00 for their errors. I can’t remember ever having to go thru such a fiasco and paying for it!
I dont know what happened to the other guy who wrote a review, but I have gone here two times and BOTH times the experience has been excellent. The service is fantastic and my laptop was repaired within the time fram of when it was promised. I recommended them to another friend and her experience was the same as mine. I trust them and am impressed by their skills. I highly recommend them to anyone!
