Cantrell is an authorized repair facility for Bissell so when my heavy duty carpet cleaner stopped working 3 months shy of my 5 yr warranty expiring, I called to confirm and arranged to drop off. Cantrell Supply and vacuum/carpet cleaner repair facility is a first class operation. By that, I don't mean they are in a fancy building with upscale waiting room for customers. I have had a Bissell Steam Cleaner for years. I use it every 3 months or so, but I noticed in 2011 that it was not releasing any cleanser. I searched all over the Internet looking for a place that was affordable and honest when it came to servicing my steam cleaner. I was just short of placing it out to the corner for trash day.
