Consistently does great work for our apartment complex with no issues.
This person was paid to clean a hot tea stain—even though he claimed he could never remove the stain—but there was no evidence that it was cleaned or even treated in the United States. Every job requires photos or videos, not just recommendations. That’s why you were hired, and that’s why people seek you out: to clean the stains that people accidentally leave behind—because who would want to damage a rug??? He's a con artist who preys on people. I spilled a glass of hot tea on the carpet, and he claimed the stain couldn't be removed, so he had the entire room's carpet replaced—just to take advantage of the fact that I'm Latino. The stain could have been removed, and besides, he didn't provide any proof that it had been cleaned—not even before-and-after photos of the work. I'm just leaving this here.
Jeff came out and cleaned our new home - which previously had smokers. He did a great job and the carpet looks practically new!!
He's the best!!
