They answered all my questions, were affordable,gave free sample of heartworm great brand to. We will follow up on it and shots and continue their great services for my dog. Nice people...no problem for our family.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff was beyond rude. The woman with short grey hair rolled her eyes at me and the vet didn t even say hi or greet my dog. The vet tech wouldn t pick my dog up and put her on the table, isn t that in her job description? I m sure I could look past all this if that old woman with grey hair wasn t such a freaking rip. I ll be telling everyone I know how rude your staff is.
I have dealt with every vet in town. I think they all do a decent job. I think CVC has the best grooming at the best price. The staff often does get frustrated with pet owners who do not take proper care of their pets. In their line of work, it would be very frustrating seeing all of the animals that come in abused or not treated properly. Much like a human Dr. it is frustrating when a patient or parent does not comply with treatment or preventative maintenence and ends up ill.
dont care for her. she dont care about animals as far as i can tell and charges for things like fulton county tags for cats when you dont need one if you live in canton(just buy a 5 dollar tag at city hall). when you deworm your dogs every six months she wont just charge you for the dewormer (no have to bring in fecal exam so she can charge you for that. she is the first vet i have ever gone to that wont let you just come in and buy some. i just buy some when im visiting my sister in missouri because all the vets there will ... read more
At an annual office visit, I explaining to Dr. Davis, and her staff, that we got a second dog though we really could hardly afford one and I wanted only to pay for what was needed: to be legal and keep the dogs healthy. I told them that in checking last years bills, I found that I could get Frontline, Interceptor, and Heartgard cheaper on the internet. Heartgard and Interceptor require a prescription. Dr. Missy and the staff at Canton Veterinary Clinic are caring and geniune animal lovers. I would and do recommend this clinic to all that will listen. They are knowledgeable, concerned and experienced. They are also fun, not so stiff that you are uptight the whole time youre there.
