Very rude staff. Spoke with Sam and in the middle of my sentence she hung up. I called again and didn't even bother picking up just hung uo right away. That is not profesional or kind she needs a course on customer service.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie and her staff. Every time I’ve come in, they’ve treated me with such kindness and care. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, and that makes all the difference—especially in urgent situations. The office is always clean, efficient, and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen and has an amazing team behind her!
Called to make sure I could be seen since it was close to closing time. Was told as long as I got there before 8 I would be seen. I said I would be there in 10 minutes (it didn’t even take me 6 minutes) and they were closed. I would have appreciated an honest answer, instead of wasting my time when I already do not feel well. I said repeatedly that I understood if I could not be seen.
Highly recommend. Quick to get in and very helpful!
