If i could leave none i would. This place gets one star because the women at the front desk were lovely and professional, but the doctor? WOOF. I came there for a snake bite, and she didn’t even look at it, or talk to me inquiring about any of my symptoms and was angry with me for coming late. (on google and the door it says it closes at 9, i came at 7:45) She said that since i came at the end of the night she’s just sending me to urgent care and that “what did you think we’d have snake anti venom here? did you even google w... read more
This urgent care is great! They get us in and treated so quick and are so patient with kids who are worried about getting swabbed. We’ve got several times in the last year and haven’t had a bad experience.
Dirty bathroom, not a correct diagnosis, had to go to ER afterwards.
You walk in. Talk to the person at the desk. My experience is a good one. They have the BEST waiting room. Mini fridge stocked with soda, water, and juice. Coffee if you wanted that. Full size snacks. 2 TV's to watch while you wait. I waited about 5-7mins together into the back where they took vitals. Then they tested me for strep and Covid. I would recommend this place to anyone in Canton or surrounding areas. Quick and efficient.
