After 4 hours we are still waiting to be seen. I have seen 4 patients leave so that means the average time spent with a patient is an hour?
Crazy wait times and apparently only have one doctor at a time. The word “urgent” is being used very loosely here. You’d be seen quicker if you drove to one of the ER’s at least 20 minutes away from Canton.
Pretty bad when your own prime are doctor can't see you for months ,glad it wasn't a emergency, then you go to urgent care and wait for hrs n hrs , it is ridiculous, you ask them why it takes so long and they say, we only have one doc , so if u need to go to urgent care, think twice about it, since rodchester took over,it got worse,
Friend went there after a skiing accident and falling on their chest. Said they bruised some ribs, still hurting after a month and went to the hospital for an xray turns out they broke 2 ribs!! Terrible health care do not do to this urgent care.
