After experiencing the horrible care and environments of 3 other long term care nursing facilities, we are THRILLED with Canton Oaks! My father is extremely happy, well cared for and CLEAN always, food is good and he enjoys every meal! The staff does their best to keep a positive, engaging, active environment for their residents. I would like to thank everyone at Canton Oaks for caring for our aunt. I know she finally connected with a lot of the staff.The staff is very caring and loving. Even at the end you were all so attentive to her. I would recommend the facility 100%.
My mother was a patient at Canton Oaks Rehabilitation Center after sustaining several rib fractures in a fall. The center staff were wonderful and very kind to her. It was apparent that they liked their jobs and were proud of the facility. We feel that my mother received superior care by committed professionals. This was the second time a member of our family has used the services of Canton Oaks and we will do so again if needed.
Great staff food is excellent and the rehabilitation facility works towards the needs of the patient daily assessments.
During my mom’s stay after being transferred from the hospital to receive physical therapy, her morning CNA, Angelique, quickly became the highlight of her day. Angelique took wonderful care of my mom and always greeted both of us with a warm, welcoming smile. I saw her nearly every day when I stopped by, and her kindness, compassion, and attentiveness never went unnoticed. She truly made a difficult time easier and more comforting for our family.
