When I tell you, we! African Americans can be some of the rudest people ever!!!! Called to find out about my account that I’m paying my hard earned money for! and got the rudest smart mouth employee ever! It’s sad. Be soooo glad when I move from this town!!! Worse place I’ve ever lived. No southern hospitality here.Go to other towns they welcome you when you go in to have service started, here, you get attitudes! No smiles or nothing! And smart mouths.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! They confidently told us they’d have our water reconnected today now it’s the weekends and no water. Glad we have somewhere to stay.
Moving to Canton soon an after 7 days of calling. Still no answer
Connie is the best! She is so helpful and responds very quickly in getting someone to my house to work on the drain.
We sent out a work order back in June. It is now November. Our water has WAY too high of chlorine levels. It’s starting to bleach our towels and we don’t use bleach at all when washing clothes. We don’t use any face wash or other substances that could cause it to bleach the towels. I can’t imagine what it’s doing to our health. When guests come over it’s mentioned by them every time how strong our water smells like chlorine. We’re about to take this to legal matters if nothing is done. Worst utility company ever.
