They wont answer the phone and when I finally got someone on the phone, she transferred me to someone else WHO DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. Customer service like this usually means a close relationship between the company and the state itself. We are paying for something we can not be without and... When I tell you, we! African Americans can be some of the rudest people ever!!!! Called to find out about my account that I’m paying my hard earned money for! and got the rudest smart mouth employee ever! It’s sad. Be soooo glad when I move from this town!!! Worse place I’ve ever lived. No southern hospitality here.Go to other towns they welcome you when you go in to have service started, here, you get attitudes! No smiles or nothing! And smart mouths.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! They confidently told us they’d have our water reconnected today now it’s the weekends and no water. Glad we have somewhere to stay.
Moving to Canton soon an after 7 days of calling. Still no answer
