Had 2 recalls and a service light on. Drove away with a service light on and don’t know if they even addressed the 2 recall notices. Will not be returning.
Nice place with good prices & nice people , been looking for a Vehicle for a year, been all over, bought one their, good price, will go back
We brought our explorer in and they "fixed" a recall on our toe link bar. We find out months later that they completely messed up our backend alignment that we had done elsewhere before the recall work. And we had to purchase 2 new tires after we realized the alignment issue because it was so horrible. Of course, they said it wasn't them so we were out $500. I wouldn't trust this place.
