I should have read the reviews first. These were the worst flowers I have ever ordered. I was embarrassed having sent these to my sister and had to order more to make up for what she received. It look like they stopped by Kroger on the way to her house and picked up the cheapest and worst possible arrangement in the refrigerator case. We called to ask for a refund and they have refused to rectify this terrible situation.

First picture is what I ordered from their website. Second is the absolute mess that was delivered. Not even close. It looks like they just threw some flowers in a cheap vase and called it good. No actual effort to even make it similar. Phone number on the email is a cell phone with a voicemail box that is not set up. No response at all to the text I sent to that number.
