Absolutely terrible. I will give them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. He showed up, and never even gave me his name. Took measurements asked me like 3 questions and left. Didn't give me any information on warranty until I asked. I know nothing about this company! I only found out the man's name when I called and spoke to another man who didn't say his name and asked. I needed a cyclone fence, about 63 feet. The estimator came out and quoted me a price of $1285.00. I went into sticker shock. I got another estimate for the same job at another place on Ford Road ( not sure if I should say their name ), and they quoted me a price of $654.00. Half of what this company wanted. Maybe some people don't mind paying high prices but I'm glad I got another estimate.
