I fired Dr. Lupisian over a year ago for repeatedly prescribing medications that I was allergic to. Allergy list was in my chart and I even verbally told him I was allergic, did not care. On top of that, I have a salt wasting disease that he decided was an eating disorder, even though that was NEVER the case. My treatment was heavily delayed because of his refusal to activity test accordingly since his mind had already been made up. I am extremely upset with this office. They cut off my marketplace insurance without properly informing me, yet still allowed me to schedule and keep an appointment. I left work — losing time and money — to show up, only to find out there was an issue that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. This is completely unprofessional. Patients rely on accurate information from their doctor’s office, especially when it comes to insurance and billing. Great team! My family has been seeing Dr.L and Angie for over 8 years. Three years ago during a routine visit, Dr.L heard a murmur in my son (13) years old, at the time. He acted immediately, placed my son with specialists and restricted him from all activity. Advised he believed my son had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. After months of testing and now a main campus Cleveland Clinic patient. Dr. L was right on! This duo and office will ALWAYS have a place in my heart. So patient, so kind; I consider them extended family.
