Feels like Family I have been going here since i was very young the whole staff makes you feel like family right down to recognizing your voice on the phone. They are great about doing as much as possible over the phone and accomodating appointment times. PROS: Comfortable setting CONS:
Too Much Turn-Over in Staff They're always changing medical staff and you can never get anyone to answer the phone when you call. It's always busy! but then if you do get through and get an appointment and arrive to the office it's never busy. So why is it so impossible to get through? Are they ordering lunch? Making too many personal phone calls? Ignoring the phones? What's up? Not to mention that I was not diagnosed with the right problem for my symptoms.
