CDC came out and took pictures of the deck damage for an estimate. I called to check back with them about how the estimate was going, leaving a message. I didn't hear anything from them. I called back 1 week later, started to leave a message, they disconnected the call midstream. Not sure what is going on but, I'm not happy with their professionalism.
