Calls go through to what I can only assume is a call center, or they outsource to another company to answer the phone. They showed up a half hour late after I had to call and remind them about the appointment for the quote. The 2 gentlemen that showed up spoke very broken English and could not explain to me why my quote was $1000 for a cleaning and replacement of a water heater vent.
