They don’t accept commercial insurance and charge $250 out the door first day. The front desk lady purposefully declined phone calls two hours after they opened. Nobody there acted like they wanted to be there and I was there maybe 10 minutes. Super sketchy and strict feels. Go to Community Medical Services in Akron they accept commercial insurance not just “Medicaid aka poor people insurance” plus it was a completely different feel as if they actually care and get things moving right away. This past Friday I usually get my take homes for the weekend we'll when I came in I wasn't feeling good I'm diabetic and also hv insomnia the receptionist Mary gave a note to the nurse JOE accusing me of being high!! And refused to give me my dose and take homes!!!! All bc I had low blood sugar and no sleep I'm reporting them and Joe to the nursing board and head of the company! I'm livid!! I don't even do that stuff anymore!!!
Great place to go for support and recovery. Everyone serves with a caring heart. I respect the program as well it has worked well for myself and many others. They work with many insurance companies and even state insurance like the different types of medicade. If you know someone in need give them a call
