This place has fantastic Chinese food! It is really good and well prepared ethnic cuisine. I'm a fair critic and a foodie. You will be surprised how good a product this little place delivers! They are friendly, dependable and the chefs know how to do it right. The new management and experience is obvious because it in no way resembles any of the old negative reviews I've seen on Yelp. Believe someone who cares about quality. This gets 5 stars!
worth the wait, best takeout in Katy – the Canton Chef has recently reopened in its small slot next to Jason's Deli in Katy. From the outside it looks the same, still offers the cheapest lunch plate in town ($3.50 as of 1/1/07) and it has photos of its dishes in the front windows and above the order counter for the curious.
