Speed over quality - unfortunately This service was highly recommended by several of my friends for providing great service and very impressive attention to detail. I have stuck with the service for a some time now awaiting the impecable results. After ~six months I cancelled my membership as the product has not been worth the time and expense. Best Car Wash in Baltimore I love this place and they take my car here at least 1x a week. I have an unlimited membership and for $39.95/month I get unlimited full service car washes for the month. Staff is really friendly and they have a nice lounge with a coffee bar and flat screen TVs. I also had them do an interrior detail on my car 3 months ago and they did a great job. I won't be going any where else to get my car cleaned!
Poor Service Washes Hopes Away This used to be a great place but over the last six months the services has really gone down. They are more about speed than quality. I have found smudges from the "car cleaners" on my doors and windows. The service is inconsistent and even though I pay for the platinum services they "forget" to wipe down the interior or wash my wheels unless I point it out. They need to learn how not to clean windows Overall they do a good job. However, the way they clean your interior windshield and windows is not so good. If you go in with clean windows, they will look not so clean when you leave. They use wet towels and leave the windows streaked and smudged. Today it actually looked like they wiped them down with a wet towel dipped in Pepsi Cola. I have a monthly platinum service for $52.00 a month (Some months I don t even go in for a car wash depending the weather.) It really aggravates m... read more
Average car wash. This establishment was above average when they opened but has gone down in recent years. I moved back to the city and decide to go here for a carwash. Windows streaking, floors not vacuumed thoroughly. Oh wait and being harassed by KEVIN asking for a review while standing in front of my car with dirt around the door jams. The employees don’t seem motivated to work. I suggest you find another carwash if you can.
