The staff were helpful and clear. Dr. Bennett was professional proficient and performed the procedure with utmost confidence. Very pleased.
I had an order from a doctor in the hospital at this location to have a MG Mammo HD Diagnostic Bilateral on 02/19/26. This is not the first time I have had this procedure done at Canton Breast Care Center but it was the first time an order has come from a breast specialist (again…a doctor at this hospital). I drove an hour to get to my appointment (was 10 minutes early for my appointment) only to be told when I was checking in that they did not accept my insurance any longer. Front desk and registration staff was phenomenal. They deserve 5 stars but my rating is from the experience I had with the tech. I have a chest port that has been implanted high on my chest for 13 years. I've had around 6-7 mammograms in that time and never had a tech to intentionally crush it in the clamps until Friday. They would get close but never once have I had it caught it in the clamps. I told her how old it was. She said it will be fine and she wants to get as much tissue as possible. On November 17th I had two appointments at this center - at 8 am and 3.30 pm. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses I met with who made me feel more relaxed and confident that everything would be okay. And when I was leaving, they all wished me success. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I had a mammogram, follow-up diagnostic imaging, and a biopsy at this center and everyone was excellent! The ladies were very friendly and really focused on me and all of the procedures. The 2 radiologists I spoke to were equally friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
