Mark and the team at Canton Beach Physio have been great in treating my physical ailments. My wife and I both go there for different reasons and there’s no issues with treatment. Friendly staff and other visitors make it a joy to go there.
I have been a patient of Mark, principal physio at Canton Beach physio for many years now he manages my scoliosis & related thoracic, shoulder/ neck pain & stiffness. Mark’s deep understanding of movement & how the body works I unmatched. At Canton Beach Physio was aided through pain with a gentle exercise program with physio Maddy then on to Michaela for continued strengthening. This has seen a big change in my life around the home, in the garden and my outdoor activities. Not just a better sense of wellbeing both physically and mentally, but with strength in different parts of the body, I move and bend differently. Continued exercise is the key.
