The first time I walked in here I have zero idea what I was doing and was kinda worried about that but this place is amazing the instructions from the owner was clear and concise whatever questions I had during the explanation where cut off from the explanation. I have recommended this place to friends
The gym is so awesome worth the money the only problem is the left side of the cable machine lol other than that it’s great
Came up for a night and used 10/10 perfect atmosphere. Owner seems great highly recommend
I have been with Canton Barbell from the beginning. Mike is an excellent trainer. He assesses a persons ability and goals and puts together a training program for that individual. For people who are experienced in the gym he can provide flexible hours. As a busy practicing Orthopedic Surgeon he has worked with me to allow me to get a planned workout.
