Filed a police report because this guy had a lien on my car after giving him cash. He refused to take it off and give me my title check engine light is on car is 2017. PLUS he sold my pregnant sis in law a car that completely does not run just 2 weeks after her getting it!! And then saying there’s nothing he can do because the deal was done!? This guy is fraud and is being reported to Attorney General and Board of Supervisors. WE will seek civil action.
