Kaiser and Kat; hygienist appointment. Excellent treatment from both; Kat has a lovely bedside manner. In response to a broken tooth, received prompt and appropriate treatment.
I’ve Been coming to this dental practice for nearly 19 years I had mark young and unfortunately he retired so was given someone new called ‘Lola’ I went to Lola for the first time. I was waiting 20 min past my appointment time once I went in the room I had to have a seat while she set up so that was another 10 minutes, she then proceeded to pull at my mouth with the tools and make my gums bleed I told her it hurt yet she carried on in doing so. I went to see Kasier regarding my front tooth and he explained everything to me step by step and had a tooth extraction as well carried out by him both times I felt he understood me and i felt comfortable Thank you x
Had a consultion today with Dr Hamed everything was fantastic start to finish . Greeted by sophie at reception and welcomed through by grace the dental nurse . Very friendly staff . Recommend
