Came here the other week to ask questions about a property. Had the rudest bigger size receptionist lady giving us nothing but a mean attitude. Need to look into retraining your staff.

I recently bought my first house with Cantiro and was super pleased with the value and service they provided ! They were very professional and thorough with follow ups and asking for things they needed to close all throughout! Overall happy with our home but disappointed recently. We built our dream home with Cantiro and moved in in 2019. Everything was perfect until this year when we realized they had not fully sealed the vapour barrier in our basement. Over 12 feet of vapour barrier was left unsealed for 6 years resulting in years of humidity and water damage including mold on the concrete and insulation and over an inch of ice on exterior walls in the winter.
