Cantiro Homes is one of the best builder I would recommend.
Overall happy with our home but disappointed recently. We built our dream home with Cantiro and moved in in 2019. Everything was perfect until this year when we realized they had not fully sealed the vapour barrier in our basement. Over 12 feet of vapour barrier was left unsealed for 6 years resulting in years of humidity and water damage including mold on the concrete and insulation and over an inch of ice on exterior walls in the winter. Great home builder! We didn't end up purchasing a Cantiro build, but they were incredibly helpful during the home search process. They even helped me find where to buy a piece of furniture staged in one of their show homes
