I love this place. My only qualm was that i asked for a booth as a single diner. Though booths are saved for larger parties, there wasnt one for the hour of my reservation. I was placed between two couples. I was told by the host their reservations was full. She lied. I don’t appreciate it. Only 2 booths were full for my 90 minute reservation.
Excellent service,delicious tacos and well crafted cocktails
Excellent experience. I was in town to visit the Obama Presidential Center and wanted to grab a bite before my flight. The service was excellent, my tamale — the best I’ve had in a long time and the Hibiscus 🌺 Gimlet—- oh my goodness!!!!! Delish. I will both recommend and return to CR.
Drinks and atmosphere are good. I am glad for Hyde Park to have a few more upscale options. My only suggestion is that they change the name. The Cantina sounds more like a dive bar than a cocktail lounge. They should shorten it to Rosa.
