Irwin Collision does great work, offering stellar service from start to finish. I want to thank my service advisor, Jake, for the great communication throughout. I ended up going out of my way (2.5-hours) to have the work done at Irwin after finding that the closer centers covered by the insurance company did not have a great reputation. This made pickup a little trickier to time, but Jake went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for me. Irwin Collision is fantastic. They had to do some re-work to my car a few weeks ago and were fast, courteous, and super helpful. Matt and Lori were great to work with, and were able to get me a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired. I'll definitely be more inclined to get a car at an Irwin dealership based on this customer service!
Irwin’s did a quality job and kept me informed on the complete process.
