Bought a car in October, noticed a knocking noise from the steering and air con not working. Took the car back and they said they would re gas the air con and sort the knocking noise.When I collected the car they said it was all sorted ( ball joint) replaced. I soon noticed the noise was still there and the air con was still no good. Believe the negative reviews - car came with faulty brake lights, 3 slow punctures on tyres As everyone else has said, really friendly at first as all sales people are, talk the talk say how they pride themselves. Overpriced vehicles, higher than market average for used cars for a lower than average service.
Purchased our car in February, had to return after a week due to a slight noise when accelerating, an issue which could not of been noticed by anyone if travelling at low speeds. After being in the garage for a while, the lads kept us posted with what's going on etc, OK took longer than we wanted but they got the problem sorted. Even after me being out of order over the phone, they still helped out and got us sorted in the end at a great cost to themselves.
