He takes the time to make sure you understand everything that he is explaining to you, while really taking the time to listen to what you have to say. He is also always looking for sound, efficient solution to your problem, even if that solution might not be with him. He has continued to follow up with me to make sure everything is going well, even on cases he has referred to others.
