My house suffered some damages back in early May due to strong winds. While there were numerous roofing companies that came by to offer their business, only Holden offered to cover my exposed roof for no charge which played a huge part in choosing CanTex. After the insurance sent out their inspector to assess damages, Holden noticed that the dollar amount was not enough to cover the full repair. CanTex does what they say, how they say, when they say...and they do it with respect, integrity, and pleasure! This is a top shelf customer service culture; very impressive!!! Kudos to your company for having excellent customer facing professionals such as Holden B....he stuck with us the whole way from quote/requote to ins. adjuster to help us repair our roof correctly and quickly for a tight home sale closure. Martin Lopez helped me out with my roof replacement, his customer service is second to none. I called to get an estimate and he was at my house the same day, with a quote the next day. Being in construction, I have worked with lots of roofers and have to say he and his team are among the best. It took forever to get materials because of the 2021 supply chain nightmare, but once they got everything in, the old roof was completely torn off and replaced in under 2 days. I cannot say enough about the customer service with CanTex Roofing. Casey Carson and his team were prompt, responsive and have integrity! It is really hard to find a company that does what they say they are going to do and this company does! Excellent Customer Service
